A project brief or written agreement is confirmed before work begins. Payment is required upfront or as agreed per project. Jeilostore LLC retains the right to refuse any service request. All intellectual property created is transferred to the client upon full payment. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary. Jeilostore LLC respects your privacy. We collect only information necessary to deliver our services: name, email address, and project details provided via our contact form or WhatsApp. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties. Data is stored securely and used solely for service delivery and client communication. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools that collect personal data. We are committed to client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a delivered service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of delivery, provided no revisions have been approved. For ongoing monthly services (SEO, maintenance), you may cancel at any time with no further charges. Refunds for partially completed projects are prorated based on work completed. To request a refund, email support@jeilostore.com with your invoice number and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe. Custom or fully delivered and approved projects are non-refundable.
